The Tridiot women put on a show up at the Vineman race this year. Megan tackled her first half-Ironman distance race in Barb's Race, and Dana did the Full Vineman Race, her first full in four years. They took time to explore the wineries before and after the race. The swim is in the Russian River, which is quite narrow and shallow. Megan was hopeful that the river would help her swim straight. Neither Dana nor Megan had positive things to say about the bike course. They both complained that the road was bumpy. That did not stop them though. Megan finished in 6:04:11, sixth place in her age group. Dana finished ins 13:25:52, ninth in her age group.
